Marianne DOLLO has a degree in corporate and intellectual property law. She worked for more than twenty years as a senior executive in International, European and Public Affairs in the energy and aerospace industries.
Younger, her parents, art collectors, as well as their artist friends, gave her this passion for art and she started to collect lyric abstract paintings of the fifties.
From 2015 she resumes her studies in history and expertise of art, in Ecole du Louvre and Paris Sorbonne-Assas University, and starts from that moment to advise young collectors, while she is working as a lobbyist in Paris and Brussels, by being interested more particularly in the young emergent artists of the French contemporary scene.
In 2018, she decides to make it her job. She creates the YELLOW OVER PURPLE Art Advisory Agency, with the aim to guide private individuals, companies and institutions in the constitution of an art collection.
Due to her sharp knowledge of the market of art and its actors, she knows how to accompany in the creation, the development and the valorization of a collection which looks like you, half way between passion and investment.
Because of her close relationships and connections with the most talented contemporary artists, and her familiarity with European, American and African artistic sets, she is able of proposing major artworks of exceptional quality to her clients.
Indeed, Marianne Dollo is member of Fondation d’art contemporain Daniel & Florence GUERLAIN, of association des Amis du Centre Pompidou, of association des Amis de l’École des Beaux-Arts de Paris, of Société des Amis du Musée d’Art Moderne de la Ville de Paris, of Tokyo Art Club and of A.D.I.A.F (association pour la diffusion internationale de l’art français / association for the international diffusion of French art).
